ITU Faculty of Mines Graduate Seminar Days was held with the participation of students enrolled in the Graduate Education Program between 18-20 April 2022.

We brought together our master and doctoral students and faculty members from different fields at the Faculty of Mines to let them share their most recent findings and encourage future potential collaborative research opportunities between different disciplines. With this series, we aim to establish a community of students and faculty who can share their knowledge, develop presentation skills, and collaborate with department members for additional opportunities all working to contribute to potential Research & Development activities.

The Faculty of Mines was established in 1953 in Istanbul. At its first years, the faculty composed of mainly Turkish and German professors, and its program was similar to those days’ famous mining schools such as Aachen, Clausthal and Freiberg.
